Try to call CFO to initiate a transfer but the hotline keep hanging up on me after waiting 30-50 minutes. Really frustrating and waste of time. Anyone have the same issue?

I don’t know if this is good advice or not since I’m a newbie, but I do know that you can initiate a transfer by mailing in a form. I have no idea if that would make it take way longer, but if they are going to honour any pending transfers once the freeze passes (I’ve heard some people say they will but I don’t know), at least if you’ve sent in the form you would hopefully be safe.
