I’ve been curious on this too, I’ve read so far that restricted is a much bigger hassle compared to NR and that sometimes you are required to transfer them to a friend instead of just storing them at the friends home as a secondary location (given proper notice and approval) - all depending on province. With the transfer ban coming into place I wonder how that will restrict things even more.
