I had a store tell me that they aren’t giving out transfer numbers for restricted purchases (Aug 5th). Then I emailed to confirm that one had even been issued and haven’t heard back. They’re one of the bigger stores and I received the previous handgun I ordered from them, but just felt like it was a little weird that they weren’t giving out the transfer numbers.

Anyone else have that happen?

Probably FOC, I've read they gave all sorts of excuses from being too busy, to CFO telling them not to, despite other stores providing it no problem.

Yep! They told me, “CFO’s too busy, we aren’t giving them out right now”

Which to a degree I understand, but I just want confirmation that my transfer actually got initiated. Kinda worries me that the transfer might be stuck in limbo or something
