I live in Toronto and am thinking of getting a PAL but I don't have a car. Is it legal to transport firearms on a bus?

TTC bylaw no.1

3.33 No person, unless authorized, shall enter or remain on any TTC property that is in possession of:

(a) a firearm, air gun, air rifle, pellet gun, pellet rifle, gas charged gun, gas charged rifle, imitation firearm, an offensive weapon or a prohibited weapon;
