So I would’ve been approved like 2 weeks ago but I forgot to send my restricted certificate so I’m praying it gets approved before October ban 😭

Are you talking about a transfer where you are the seller? RCMP website says you need to provide the registration certificate number when you call… are you talking about that or something else?

Any transfers in progress when the freeze takes place will be processed.
