Rpal Timeline Ontario:

Received: May 18

Cc Charged: Aug 12

Approved and Issued: August 26

Called in yesterday to inquire whether my application was with the Ontario CFO, as the online system still said initial review, while on the phone person uploaded my photo in the system and said it was approved and issued.

Did you call the Ontario CFO or the RCMP?

I called the RCMP number. Seems to be able to get through around 2:00 pm.
