Yes, and for range membership, if that's applicable in your province. I hope you can get through tomorrow.

I noticed that the gun stores linked from arsenalforce are draining more slowly right now, so you'll likely have some prospects still.

Did you check all of the ranges in BC? Did you check online and see if you can get a 'minimum necessary' range membership (on the order of 50$)?

In AB, I ordered my range membership online with valid information. The next working day, they called and said 'send pictures' and I explained. And they said 'send when you get the card', which I did.

If you want to push at it, you may be able to make it work. A week or two for the card is not going to really change much. Gun stores are still releasing new stock, BUT, the rates of new stock being sold seems down.

Maybe you'll find what you want still, and if not, I'd really keep an eye on gunpost for good deals.

I really recommend checking the ranges for online shop for membership. Once you give them some money, they're more likely to accommodate the situation.
