How long does a transfer normally take for a restricted handgun?

Varies province by province. Of course you didn't say where the transfer needed to take place ;)

Sorry. From Saskatchewan (seller) to Quebec (buyer).

As an added question. I (seller) cannot ship The firearm or request an ATT until AFTER the transfer is complete right?
