For BC Restricteds, advising that wait time for transfer is approx 6-7 weeks:

Purchase July 1

Transfer Approval Aug 17

Actually, sometime you might got lucky if the new hire CFO came on board and on your transfer eight away.

Purchase July 14, Transfer approval July 16.

BC restricted as well. I suspect that was a total lucky fluke though.
