Is it impossible to get a hold of the RCMP CFP via phone? I've been trying all day and no luck at all. In hold a few times and it hangs up. I am trying to figure out my application since it's been in the same state for over 6 weeks and also update my address since I moved since I submitted it back in April.

Surely they need to hire more reps if I can't even get a hold of them in a day of constant trying. I stopped for 30 minutes for a meeting and some coffee breaks but otherwise been trying as much as I can. Phone shows pver 30 calls today alone...

Rant over... Anyone have suggestions on how to get a hold of them?

I call them every 20 minute internal from 9am and finally connect around 1230pm.

They told me best time to call is end of day, one hour before office close, when crowd seems to have die down a bit.
