For BC Restricteds, advising that wait time for transfer is approx 6-7 weeks:

Purchase July 1

Transfer Approval Aug 17

Weird! I purchased one June 29th, haven’t gotten my approval yet. Hoping for this week

if it's your first restricted gun it will take longer

My first came through a bit quicker. Ordered June 8th, approved July 28th. I figure there were probably just more purchases in between.
