So I emailed my cfo and they said this

“ Thank you for your email. A notice is being sent out by our central processing service requesting a copy of your Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course certificate as only 2 copies of your Non-Restricted certificate was attached with your application. You indicated that you wanted to acquire both Non-Restricted and Restricted firearms. If this is not accurate please advise. Until we receive the information your application will be with Central Processing in Miramichi New Brunswick.”

Did they lose my restricted application? I literally don’t know how that’s possible when got charged for both restricted and non restricted and I 100% know for a fact I sent In both certificates. I’m pissed right now wtf

You should have received two copies of each course certificate (at least I did in Ontario). They look nearly identical except for the box checked at the top indicating which course it was for.

If you sent one set off with your application and kept the other set for your records, you should be able to verify if you made the mistake or if they lost your restricted certificate. In either case, you should have the second copy to send/fax them.

I took a picture and sent it thru email the lady said she would forward it to cps
