If I want to sell a restricted handgun with a conversion kit (to shoot 0.22 LR), does the conversion kit also need a transfer application? When I bought the conversion kit from SFRC I never received a transfer or certification of any kind? Can I ship it concurrently with the restricted handgun with no issues?

Thank you in advance.

Someone told me that only frame counts for registration, anything else doesn't. So I would assume the kit would counts as part? Someone could chime on this to verify would be great.

Only the frame is the gun, the conversion is just parts l, just make sure when they ask about the caliber of gun you tell them the original caliber not the conversion one
