Ontario PAL & RPAL timeline:

Mailed: Apr. 7 (registered mail)

Received: Apr. 11

CC charge & initial review completed: Jul. 11

License approved: Aug. 9

Received in mail: Aug. 19

Likewise, how are people still waiting from 2021 and early 2022 when April and May already got their licenses !?
