So they sent you a letter to ask for the equivalent of the cost of sending the letter. Gotta love bureaucracy.

Perhaps the price changed between the receipt of the two applications. Or one officer allowed it and another did not.

Yes definitely worth it they can take the payment over the phone and approve the license if all else checks out right away

Ontario? Yeah it's pretty frustrating. I'm waiting since 25 Feb and there's even some waiting since 2021. Did you email your provincial cfo? Mine told me to expect a 9 months delay lmao 🙃😩
