Nova Scotia Restricted Transfer Time line (private sale from outside the province)

Transfer initiated on August 16th Transfer confirmed on August 17th Transfer approved on August 19th

I have another transfer on going (another private sale) since since August 18th, and today (August 19th) the CFO office asked me to confirm the gun club membership. Hopefully gets approved by mid next week.

I can't be the only one thinking it'd be faster to move to NS buy a restricted then move back after a month.

Wouldn't make sense in a million years but can't deny it would be faster.
