Alberta RPAL timeline:

Application sent in: April 22

Application received: April 28

CC Charged: July 28

Approved and sent in mail: August 15 (today!)

Approval could’ve happened last week but the website portal was down so who knows. Just happy that it’s sent and now just waiting for it to come in the mail! Woohooo
