This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.
In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.
These threads will be stickied for a week, renewing every Sunday @ about 0600 AST. Previous threads here. Take a look, your question may have been answered!

Anyone sending in the application triple check that your references aren't idiots and make sure they put 2022 instead of 2021 had my application sent back and I had to have him re-ign it and send it back to them.
Application recieved March 16.
Cc charged June 16
Application sent back to me June 29
Sent back July 4 and CFO still doesn't have the application says it's still sitting in processing.
Unlikely people will still be messing up dates but please just triple check everything. Learn from my mistake.
