I am eyeing taking a Canadian Firearm Safety Course and a hunting course. I just reviewed the PAL application and noticed that it asks if a personal bankruptcy was filed.

I filed for bankruptcy and was discharged in 2021 due to a lost law suite.

Should I even take the course considering they might refuse my pal application due to my past bankruptcy?

Yup, they're actually really understanding, your process will take longer, you'll be asked some questions, but you stand a good chance of being approved, they just want to make sure you're not out to even the score
