Will bill C-21 affect handguns that are in the process of being transferred? I'm in Ontario and I bought a revolver in early May and a handgun in early June and the transfer was begun June 5th and 16th respectively but are still bring processed.

No. Initiated transfers will be honored. Someone else posted the specific provision in the Bill.

If you scroll down in this post or maybe the one from last week, someone linked the provisions from the Bill that said initiated transfer will be finished. I don't have it on hand.
