I've tried calling 7 times and phone keeps getting hung up.

no way of getting through to Ontario CFO, just says phone line isn't equipped for messages and they disconnect.

now on 6 months, no idea what the issue is.

Email, and the issue is they are busy and underfunded for the size of the province.
