This morning I tried to renew my RPAL online and the RCMP website is flashing an Error 404 . Has anyone had an issue with online renewal or know where I can find an active link to get this done?

How long is the turn around these days? My husband did his in June (due in September) and we haven't had any indication that they're processing it - other than the charge for the renewal fee on the credit card. Are we in hot water if renewal isn't done before expiration date?

I just cantacted a dealer to get a transfer reference number, and they have said the site is down on their end as well.
