This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

CFO Ontario told me there is no expected date for completing applications.

your card gets charged about the time your initial review has been completed, after the initial review it gets sent to the provincial cfo (in this case ontario cfo) and that's where they call your references and all that. that's where the hold ups come.
