My PAL application was received 2 months ago, however I check the website and it says they have no information about my application, I called and they said it hasn't been processed yet.

Is this normal? Is there a chance my application was misplaced?

I was charged and it showed up online 3 months to the day of it being received. they probably have it, there just really behind. there's a forum online that alot of people post there time lines on and it helped me narrow it down to when I thought it would show up, like the other comment says, if it hits 4 months with nothing then I'd start worrying
