This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

February 2021.

Everything we needed to apply for our license was in our possession from the day we did the course.

That's weird, My wife did her course in May 2022 and the instructor told her that every form has to have a CFO approved stamp. Not that I expect the government to make sense anymore.
