During the RPAL course, they tell us you need your PAL card, your registration certificates (I bring photocopys) and your conditions letter (also a photocopy).

It is a letter detailing your Conditions. That is the Transportation condition and if you have any other conditions like 12.7 prohibited or whatever. Your new PAL card came attached to this letter.

That is interesting. I'm not saying what the truth is, just what they tell us at the course (I think they are required to tell you that). Also, the letter says that you are required to keep it. I don't think the law states that you are required to keep the letter. Much like a lot of our firearms laws, no NE really knows until a judge makes a decision (and someone is in jeopardy).
