Is Norinco red-box and white-box ammo actually non-corrosive? Anyone with experience?

Look at the head stamp on the case. Most of those boxes currently in shops will have headstamps newer than 2015. (The year is the two digit number at the bottom)I don’t think even China was using corrosive primers in 2015. If the stamp is from the 1990’s it may be corrosive. If it is from the 1970’s it definitely is corrosive.
