The store should be submitting a transfer to the CFO shortly, and passing along the reference number to you. If you don't hear from them in a day or two, I'd give them a call and ask about the transfer.

Unless by "application number" you're referring to the transfer number, in which case all you do now is wait for the approval.

Could be that it's called an "application number" which is really the transfer number. I;m not certain of the format but it's basically ##-##########-## with all numbers. Does this seem right?
