I know no one knows the real answer to this. But for the people following restricted transfers closely. Realistically can I expect to get my June 3 (ON) transfer before September ends or is this something I may get in October

Friend who purchased June 1 just got his transfer in ON.

I'm still waiting for a June 1st purchase, but that one is 5907*, so a bit further out that 5888* I hear they are currently at?
