Yes new shooter. The reason I ask is because I currently have an MCR and have ordered a NR bren 2. I would like to run a red dot on one and a scope on anothet. Which one would be better for longer range shooting (im already guessing the Bren 2 due to the better trigger)

Yes, but I don't shoot my MCR much so I couldn't say how much it improved.
It's somewhere between a shotgun trigger and a target pistol trigger.

I forgot, does he use valve grinding compound on the seer?

(I have also polished the seer on my revolver and it's glassy smooth)
