Is it true that the Trudeau government is planning to ban long guns over a 5 round capacity? Along with all semi auto guns?

No I think they just have to be altered to only carry 5 rounds max. They can’t ban semi auto shotguns

So if I own a 10 round 22. Do I by law have to get it permanently altered to only accept 5 rounds or if I already own it I’m ok?

No one knows yet not even government it’s stupid. You would just have to pin the magazine to 5 rounds I’m assuming
