For people wondering about processing times, my relative (Alberta) submitted their application April 2nd, and sometime this last week the portal finally updated to show it has completed it's initial review. And based on a few people in the last weekly thread, it sounds like they're starting on applications sent in March and early April.

I was only one day ahead of you- Received April 1st, CC charged July 4th, Portal still shows as Initial Review completed.
