When I called in, it was actually not about restricted transfer, but about a delayed reference number that was a bit of concerns.
I believed the 2 agents I talked to don't have ability to do the transfer themselves (one of them said they haven't done the training yet). But they can look into different information like how many restricted I have and other general enquiries. I would still need to be transfer to the right CFO by them.
Since I am in BC, the restricted seems to take on average 20 days to clear, but lately, it has gone to 40 days mark. However, one I bought this Thursday just got cleared today, so I was surprised but as other mentioned it, it might have fallen to new agents desk. I will give it another week or so as well and see what happens.
