For people who got their CC charged in ON, how long until issued, assuming no issues?

mine was charged 20 may, still nothing. a few others commented in this thread from ON, they had their applications in after mine and theirs have already been issued, no idea what's going on. there's someone who's still waiting from feb 2021, ridiculous.
