Just got my new firearms license in the mail with the .0002 at the end of it with restricted conditions attached to it. if I had already ordered handguns online with the old license (.0001) would those transfers still go through? would there be a delay for processing my new handguns? is my old rpal still considered valid? Thanks!

Yes transfer will be fine.

Did you read the instructions that came with the new licence? You need to cut out a section and carry it.

TIL that's what the .0002 means at the end of the PAL#. Thanks!

The ".0002" just is a serialized number that increments each time they print you a new card. When you buy your first restricted and they print a new card with the Transportation Condition, it will go up. When you renew and they print you a new card, it will go up.
