I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I applied for a RPAL upgrade at the middle/end of March. I sent the application through registered mail and with a certified bank draft it was received by mirimachi. I finally called today and was told it’s possible my application was lost. They said to give it two more weeks and call again. Anyone else had experiences with this?

I sent application march 21st, june 17th cc charged and online portal says completed initial review. I dont know if that will help your timeline
