I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I applied for a RPAL upgrade at the middle/end of March. I sent the application through registered mail and with a certified bank draft it was received by mirimachi. I finally called today and was told it’s possible my application was lost. They said to give it two more weeks and call again. Anyone else had experiences with this?

They took my money out for my renewal instantly even though the paperwork was sent back to me because it was missing a signature, the card didn’t get sent for months after that and the first card ended up being lost in the mail. Seems taking the payment is step #1

Incompetence everywhere with that service, it’s seems Covid has given everyone an excuse to not give a shit these days..
