I sent in my application February 3, 2021 and haven't got my license yet.... my CC was charged around April 2021, online it says it's under review, and I've called several times and they won't give me any info/tell me it's processing and to call back in a month. Has anyone else experienced/heard of this?!?!

*I'm in Alberta

ETA: not February 2022… it’s been over a year since I sent in my application.

2021?? If that’s not a typo, then I would be contacting my MP to see if they can help.

Wow…that’s the longest wait I’ve seen on here. So sorry for you!! You really gotta raise a stink with the politicians.

Have you talked to both the CFP and our CFO's office? People have been reporting they have received their license that were billed in April.

Did you have any 'Yes' on the Personal History section? Those will slow down an application by several months
