Apparently they had an issue with one of the card printers breaking down, so the printing of new cards is being delayed. Some people have been told it may take 4-6 weeks instead of the normal 2 weeks to receive the card.

I am at 2 weeks exactly since my license was issued, and I also have not received the card in the mail yet.

Or it's been broken since I applied for my PAL about 5 years ago.

My card has a very yellow picture. Probably broken then too. They should get a new printer from Staples. 🤣

You submitted about 1 month ago, if everything was running well I'd say 1 month is on the faster end, so it doesn't sound out of the ordinary yet.

Now that it shows renewed there is nothing you can do but wait for it to get to you. Give it 2 weeks for the mail to get to you. If it doesn't show then call it in as missing
