If my licence (PAL/RPAL) is showing a "has been issued" state on the PAL web portal, can I call in and get my number/card details, and get an online purchase started? Or is it better to wait for the physical card (assuming the first bit is even possible)?

:) What's your plan if the transfer goes through but you still don't have the physical card? Will the store hold it until you can collect?
