Paperwork sent with tracking on 16 Feb

Delivered to RCMP on 24th Feb

Credit Card charged 5th May

RCMP Portal said Licence issued and sent on 5th June

Actual Issue date of Licence 23rd June

Picked up from mailbox 3rd July
