Just had my first restricted transfer go through, and in that email it said that the ATT's are now attached to my RPAL. Does this mean that they send me a new PAL card, or is it electronically attached? What is the current process that I need to follow going to and from the range?

If it's your first transfer, you'll get a new PAL as well as a registration certificate. The new PAL will have your long term ATT attached so you can use it and the certificate to go to the range and anywhere you need to. You'll need a short term ATT to take it anywhere that's not a range (gunsmith, store, etc). For going to the range, keep your PAL and cert with you, double lock the firearm, and don't take any unnecessary stops (if you're caught, ya get fucked by da feds)

Your transfer notice is emailed (you'll need this to pick gun up from store) the rest is snail mail (you can also use your cert to pick gun up from store)

Defintely snail mail and make sure you carry it on you when you go to the range and don’t throw out your conditions you’ll have to get a new card if that happens
