Brought forward from last week:

What's everyone waiting for transfers in Alberta? I ordered a restricted on June 1st, still waiting. Called the gun shop, they said no word from the RCMP, keep waiting essentially. I've tried calling the CFO about 25 times over the last few weeks, but no luck getting through.

I already own restricted firearms and have an ATT. No mail from RCMP.

I had 3 handguns purchased from businesses the day after the announcement transfered to me roughly a week and a half after.

The story is different for my friend who also purchased a handgun day of the announcement. The store he bought them from admitted they dropped the ball and didn't put the transfer through until the Satuday after the announcement, and he still hasn't gotten his transfer back.

That's my guess what happened. They sorta hinted to that when I talked to them. Thanks for your input!
