Credit card was charged June 22, however on the website after I put in my information, it says error we don't have anything that matches this try again on a later date.

What should I do, should I call them or is this normal?

That’s not normal. Usually online status appears at the same time as CC charge. They may have mis-entered some information. I would call them to confirm everything.
