I purchased (started the transfer of) a FNS-9 a couple days after the freeze announcement. It's a private seller. He got through and has a transfer number started. I just can't get through to complete it. It's been about a month.

I know people who bought around the same time or even after that have already had their transfers processed, but that was from a store. Is there a priority for store transfers over private?

I have no problem waiting, because I understand the system is completely overloaded. Just hoping someone can reassure me it will eventually be completed.

Or is there any tips or tricks to get through on the phone's?

The way I understand private restricted transfers, nothing will happen with it until you call in and provide your information to the CFP. Keep trying, you'll get in eventually.

There has been multiple 100+ call days and connected zero times. I'm losing faith I'll ever get through

Unfortunately I don't think you have a choice but to keep trying if you want that gun. You could have done a paper transfer but not sure that will work now.
