I ordered a handgun June 3rd, I’ve received a reference number, but haven’t heard or received anything from the cfo. How long should it take before I’m able to go pick it up? I’m in Ontario btw

For anyone wondering i’m still waiting… contacted the cfo a few times and they just said they’ll get to it eventually

Who sends you the reference number? Do you have to request it from the store?

The store emailed it to me

Most of the time the store will provide it but they are not required to provide it

Probably mid to late July at the earliest but most likely longer they finally just reached the day the announcements went through

In BC you'll probably see your transfer notification this week. For the op in Ontario not so much.

It's going to be a while. I purchased at the end of May and they didn't submit the info until June 1st. Unfortunately I'll be waiting a while just like you.

I emailed the CFO who basically said "sorry, we are backlogged. We have your information and will get to it when we get to it"
