Yeah I agree, but WEXIT isn't realistic, Alberta could only survive if it became a US state. Plus it's not as popular as you think here most people are against it. Probably about 30% of the people I know actually want it and are not just memeing

Quebec can get away with it because they didn’t ratify the Charter

Quebec is still bound by the Charter even though they didn't agree to it.

Legally, yes. Politically? No. They have leeway no other province has.
