Need advice. I have to move tomorrow and have a restricted. Been trying to get through to the RCMP to change my address and get an ATT but literally cant get through to them. What the fuck do I do?

Are you calling your provincial CFO? It's easier to get a hold of them than the national line.

I've been trying to get a hold of the Manitoba one. I get put on hold but it hangs up after 10 minutes or so. Not sure what we're supposed to do.
