Anyone have even a guess at what the new secure storage laws will be? The PM said that no one should use a gun for self defense anyone else expecting the law(s) to reflect that? Like I'm imagining, all guns in safe (probably with a new definition of safe) and ammo has to be stored separately from guns maybe even in a separate safe. Of course this is entirely my speculation do not take it as fact.

Somewhere between the May 2020 OIC and the original C-21 there was talk about making the storage requirements for the new prohibs more stringent than either their original classes(NR/R) and more restrictive than most of the current grandfathered prohibs - I am guessing it will just be an updated/established set of guidelines regarding this.

Additionally the "updated marking regulations" is probably just going to be the third kick at the can of implementing the UN Import Marking scheme.
