Remember, it's the time for the CFO to acknowledge the transfer request, doesn't matter if it's the first or 10th restricted. That comes into play after it is acknowledged.

The most important part is to have a transfer with a timestamp prior any actual freeze

Congratulations btw on your first restricted, handguns are a lot fun, with a harder learning curve than rifles, but in the end very rewarding when you get good at it. You should also take a look at doing the black badge course, IPSC is the next level in terms of sensations and you also get to be a safer shooter and the environment is very friendly toward new joiners.
